The menu
Bath, blow-dry, full styling cut, nails, ears and a bandana they'll pretend to hate.
Deep clean, conditioning rinse, fluff-dry and a thorough brush-out. Smells last for days.
A gentle first visit — sounds, sniffs, a splash and lots of treats. Building good groom habits early.
For the sofa's sake. Undercoat removal, de-shed shampoo and a serious blow-out.
Nail trim, face, feet and sanitary tidy between full grooms. In and out with a biscuit.
Emergency post-walk hose-down and dry. Same-day when we can — bring the swamp monster in.

Ten unhurried minutes to say hello and talk through the cut you're after.
Warm water, gentle shampoo, and a blueberry facial if they're feeling fancy.
Dried, brushed and cut — breaks whenever they need one. No rushing, ever.
Bandana on, photo for the fridge, and a biscuit for being the best one.
